Along with the effort Government’s effort to level up the State’s rank in the World Bank’s EODB index whose one of indicators is a positive mark in resolving insolvencies, the interest in pursuing legal rights trough bankruptcy and suspension of payment (PKPU) has been escalated recently. Our partner, Jesconiah Siahaan, will be your primary contact for this aviation-related disputes as he has been equipped with experience in representing air carriers in claims brought by passengers as well as co-authoring some international legal articles on liability in Indonesian aviation laws, including the Aviation Law Review.
